How did he get busted? By being a typical boneheaded pothead. He was pulled over for speeding right after smoking his bowl. So what happened was when the officer approached his car and tim had to roll his window down, the officer smelled weed coming out of his window.
You can't make this up. I swear it must have been like the scene from the movie "How High" or any movie where people are smoking pot and they roll the windows down and smoke comes bellowing out. LOL
Anyways, he's facing misdemeanor charges but all he'll end up having to do is pay about $600 worth of fines.
At least he's not doing steroids or HGH!! Yeah, I said it. He still won the Cy Young Award at the ripe old age of 24. Who cares? He's not "enhancing" his performance. Besides, it's the offseason.
